60s-70s Black Velvet Goth Empire Waist Ruffle Maxi Dress

This gorgeous dress is a goth's dream! High ruffle collar and slightly puffed sleeves add to the Victorian feel of this beauty.Features: Ruffled cuffs with snap closure Back zip closure with hook and eye at top Tiers of ruffles at the base of the skirt Empire waist style Velvet bodiceNo tags indicating fabric or maker, there is only a union label (see photo). The top is velvet, and the skirt and ruffles feel to be a polyester taffeta type fabric. This dress is in very good to excellent condition!! The union label dates it as being late 60's/early 70's, no major stains, holes, rips or other big issues.
