Tailored bodice with a fabulous ruffle collar and elastic band “sleeves” that can be worn on or off the shoulders. Peaked sweetheart waistline with large sash ties for a dramatic bow back finish. Full maxi skirt cut in a petite length. Back center covered nylon zipper with hook & eye closure. Attached lining at skirt made from pink lining and white mesh crinoline.
