1990s High-Waisted Black Velvet Pencil Skirt by Laura Ashley. Fully lined, back zip, cotton/modal blend, back slit. In good vintage condition; there are two mark/indentations at the waistband - they look like indentations from a hanger (close ups in photos 4 & 5). The skirt is priced accordingly. Marked size 12, but the following approximate flat lay measurements indicate that it might best fit a size Medium. Keep in mind that the waistband is measured high on the waist.
