Vintage 1990s Joni Blair Sleeveless Floral Button Front Dress. Has a loose fit and flare silhouette (the dress is pinned to the mannequin). There is a partial elastic band and a tie in the back, but this does not cinch the waist at all. In good vintage condition; there are a couple of raised threads & small white dots in the pattern (last four photos). The dress has been priced accordingly.
