Beautiful cream silk shirt-waist or bodice circa 1902-1903 with bishop sleeves and floral appliqués.Shell shank button closures down the center back.+++ Measurements +++32" bust22" waist+++ Condition +++Overall fair to good condition with some flaws to note:* Faint stains throughout* Small tears adjacent to the buttons* Tear in one armpit* Silk is fragile in places, mainly in underarms* UPDATE: I found more tiny tears in the silk on the shoulders, likely from being stored on a hanger (this piece should be stored flat)Best as a study or display piece, presents beautifully but likely too fragile to wear.
