40s Vintage Handmade Green Seersucker Gingham Skirt

Favorite things: cotton & homesewn. This is made of a cotton seersucker which is still quite crisp after being washed and line dried.colors are leaf green and pale white. Drop waist pleats. closure 2 snaps and a hook and eye on the side.measures:waist 24''hips openlength 27. 5''condition: good. the waist band has been taken out. someone had originally taken it in a few more inches which would make it a 22'' waist! good God! There are a few rust stains which I could not remove. right near the pleats
