It’s local, flavorful, and crafted with care — from snout to sizzle. Here’s How It Works: Your Saus-cription includes three pickups — one every two weeks — starting May 9 and wrapping up on June 6. Each pickup features: A Fan Favorite sausage — a tried-and-true recipe our customers rave about A savory treat from The Smokin' Section — a fully cooked, slow-smoked meat, expertly prepar
