"Easy Gaiwan" Tea Brewer

"Gai wan" is the Mandarin Chinese name for this type of tea brewer that features a lid (gai) and bowl (wan). This brewer adds an infuser basket into the gai wan to provide full immersion brewing while holding the tea leaves back when you're serving each infusion.
