White Out Galaxy Glow

White Out is a pure white dip powder.  There is no sparkle to this one.  It is perfect for a bade under any color or on its own.  You can put a layer of White Out under any color to give it more of a vibrant punch.  This is a true staple in your collection.  This one glows white!   Note:  if your white glow does not get enough UV exposure from the sun or UV lamp, it tends to look more of a yellowy/green.  Just an FYI.  Expose your nails for another 10 to 15 seconds to see if it helps.  Some glows are super sensitive while others require a tad more exposure.  The longer they are exposed, the brighter and longer that the glow lasts. *Powders made with ultrafine glitter may sometimes have a different consistency due to the addition of powdered acrylic.
