TiALSPort QRJ Series Blow-off Valve Springs-CHOOSE OPTION

TiALSport springs are engineered for precise control under extreme conditions. Manufactured from 17-7PH stainless steel, they provide consistent pressure at high temperature, and resist 'relaxing' at temperatures up to 900degF (483degC), well beyond the required temperatures of the actuator. Springs are color-coded, and are sold individually.  Please see the specific diagram for your specific model, at www.tialsport.com/bov-tech to correlate color coding and diameter in order to choose the correct item. QRJ Blow-off valves work very differently than Q and QR units! We strongly suggest that unit is installed with the inlet as the 'side' port, and that the -3.0psi spring (Green) is used, for best performance. If the application requires the valve to be installed with the inlet as the 'end' port, a stiffer spring can be used, and the opening rate should be chosen at -1 to -2inHG greater than the engine negative pressure (vacuum) reading, taken at idle.
