Each Super Greens Seed Pop includes a curated selection of organic seeds, compost, clay, coconut husk and planting instructions. Super Greens seeds include: Organic Wheatgrass, Organic Spinach, Organic Kale. Bury ⅔ of pop into soil. If soil is dry, add water to help break up soil. Water twice weekly.
