SAMPLE - Silk Thread

Free Shipping this item only.  After many years of searching ,  I have found a silk yarn suitable for a variety of historical applications.     This magnificent thread is reeled silk, made from approximately 300 individual filiments.    The sample will  be 20 meters of undyed natural color silk.     If there is  enough interest,    a pre-order sale will be announced and will be open for 2 weeks. Everyone  who  purchases  a sample  will be emailed  regarding  the start of the sale .    The sample will be natural white, but  future stock will have pure white.   Specifications : Reeled silk, 300 Denier, 4 ply, S twist.  Approximately 100 meters/ 4 grams.    The listing picture shows a comparison with  two other silk threads for size reference.     Future Pre-order Sale information.  This may change pending tarrif changes.   Large Skeins :  150 grams, approximately 3750 meters.  Undyed $55 , dyed $65  Spools :  200 meters / $6
