These delicious patties make dinner a breeze. They thaw fast and are pre-seasoned - just give them a spirknle of salt. We find they work best in a super hot, well-seasoned pan (or non-stick). They are very lightly "Thai-Spiced." They'd be perfect served with a crunchy cabbage slaw and spicy aioli.  Patties come vacuum sealed in a 2-pack.
