GM 4x4 Van Torsion Bar Carriage System

Description: This torsion bar carriage and transmission/t-case cross-member is designed for use in 2500 + 3500 series Chevy Express and GMC Savana vans to both support the transmission and transfer case, as well as provide a home for torsion keys and locks. The system works with 4500 cutaway vans as well with some frame boxing.  This bolt-up design drops right in place of the factory van's cross-member holes. Complete installation requires drilling 2 additional holes and popping in crush sleeves/bolts, easy work. This system is designed for use with OEM-style torsion bars, keys, and lower control arms. Both Timberline transmission adapters and factory transmissions bolt up with a conventional Silverado trans mount.  Current iterations may have fixed or adjustable mounts as we migrate from fixed to adjustable mounts which provide additional flexibility across different platforms.  Options: Transmission - We have 3 transmission versions, 4L80 from years 2003-2010, 6L90 from years 2010-20
