GM G-series Adjustable Upper Control Arms

Description: These are adjustable upper control arms for the Chevy Express and GMC Savana Van 2500/3500/4500 series vans from 2003-current. Our control arms are a permanent solution with rebuildable poly bushings, easily serviceable bolt-in ball joints, and in-vehicle adjustability that will give the alignment guys a ton of room to get the camber/caster split perfect.  Application & Design: These adjustable arms were primarily designed for our hi-lift conversions which use a knuckle that sits about 3 degrees in from the regular van knuckle and adjustable ball joints simply do not hold up.  They will work for conventional vans without issue, Quigley vans, or lifted 2WD vans in most cases. The slots in the van frame are only good for about a degree in either direction and with these arms, we can achieve several degrees in and out with the adjusters.  We went through many iterations of this design and this one works the best.
