I have always been a big fan of Mexican Chorizo. The smoky, spicy sausage that gets even better wrapped up with eggs in a warm tortilla or in a big pot of Charro beans. While there are many variations of recipes for chorizo, our blend of spices will give you a delicious smoky flavor from Ancho Chilies and Sweet Smoked Paprika with a hint of sweetness from Cinnamon. Massage into your choice of ground meat before cooking with a bit of cider vinegar.
