We recommend getting the size you normally wear, especially for men. It's the perfect 60/40 cotton-poly blend, which is why it feels soft, stretchy, and breathable. The shirts now use a recycled polyester.  Why don't you offer performance tees? We plan to eventually. But we find these are more versatile as they can be worn comfortably hiking, running, or just for every day use. How should I wash it? We recommend washing in cold water with any regular detergent.
