Colombia Organic Agprocem - Unroasted

Colombia is the second largest producer coffee in the world and largest producer of washed and Arabica coffee. In general, coffee is medium to high acidity and mild balanced profile. The Organic Colombia Tolima Agprocem coffee is sourced from family owned farms organized by 35 member association called “Asociacion de Agricultores y Productores de Café Especial de Montalvo” (AGPROCEM). Eastabilihed in 2013, the association’s goal is to assist its members to improve quality while obtaining better prices for their specialty coffee.
