Ingredients contains: Vitamin E Oil, Coconut Oil, Jamaican castor oil, Tea tree oil, Biotin Oil and Jojoba Oil.  Added ingredient : contains small amounts of Garlic oil * benefit is to stimulate hair growth and soothe scalp. Moisture is the secret to length retention and longer hair. Moisturized hair is more elastic, less prone to breakage, and less prone to tangles. This means that moisture helps you retain hair length.  How to use: It's Recommended to apply the hair growth oil at least 2 times a week or twice every two weeks. For most use Apply hair oil in between braid downs.
