Swiss chard is great in pretty much any recipe where you'd use spinach. Sauteed with garlic and lemon, cooked in a lentil soup. If you're an adventurous cook, you can stuff the leaves like you would cabbage or grape leaves for a twist on a classic dish. One time I even made spanakopita with it, because why not???
