Specialties-New Potato Mix

New potatoes have a creamy texture and soft, thin skin.  They are perfect for potato salad, as they hold up well and keep their shape when cooked.  They're also delicious roasted, or (Frankie's favorite!) cut into halves or quarters, boiled until just tender, and tossed with loads of butter and fresh dill.  Did you know that dill and potatoes were meant for each other?  And better yet, we also have dill available this week!
