Needlepoint Canvas - White, 10 count, interlock

Blank needlepoint canvas by Zweigart, the leading manufacturer of canvas.  Use this canvas with a charted pattern or paint your own design. 10 count, also known as 10 mesh (there are 10 holes to stitch per inch of canvas) 100% cotton Interlock canvas - this means that there is a single weft fiber (left to right) and double warp fibers (up and down).  The double warp fibers have a twist between each intersection.  This construction gives the canvas great durability.       The suggested needle for 10 mesh canvas is a Tapestry size 16 or 18 Using a tapestry weight yarn will give you great coverage with many types of stitches.  You could also use multiple plies of a lighter weight fiber.
