NSWDG HK417 Velcro Patch

The HK417, the larger framed .308 (7.62 NATO) caliber version of the HK416 was purchased and used by NSWDG during early GWOT before the availability of 300 Blackout and subsequent platforms became commonplace. The HK417 "Sniper" is a custom variant of the HK417 that was modified by NSWDG to fit their needs of a "DMR" style .308. This includes chopping the barrel down (approximately 14.1") to be flush with the handguard.
