Fulani Silver Teardrop Earrings.These are lovely handcrafted Fulani teardrop earrings. The Fulani are one of the largest ethnic groups in Africa, stretching from West and Central Africa and as far as Western Sudan. They are chiefly nomadic people and herdsmen. Precious metals are found throughout the Continent of Africa and historically, platinum, silver and gold as well as bronze and brass were used to craft lovely pieces. These simple yet stunning teardrop earrings are made in Mali by the Fulani, known for their expertise and craftsmanship, hammered by hand. They measure approximately 2 1/4 inches long, 2 3/4 inches from the hook.  Silver alloy. Made in Mali.
