Description Our crab cakes are local hand made by our favorite Atlanta chef. We use 70% blue crab meat, and then they are hand mixed and hand formed to insure the lumps of crab meat stay intact. They are without a doubt the highest quality crab cakes on the market today. Delicious! Individual size: 3.5oz Bagged and quick frozen Frozen shelf life: 2-3 months Cooking Instructions Place frozen cakes on a greased sheet pan and place in a pre-heated oven of 400° for 18 minutes, remove from oven and place thin tab of butter on each cake, broil for approximately 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
