Description The finest veal available. The bone has been frenched for a spectacular presentation.  Individual Size: 14-16oz - 1.5"-2" thick Individually vacuum sealed and quick frozen Frozen shelf life: 6-9 months Cooking Instructions Grill: Medium to medium hot grill.  Prepare with salt, pepper, oil, thyme.
