Description Hand made by our favorite local Atlanta chef. Cold water lobster knuckle and claw meat are showcased in these elegant large sized cakes. Hand dipped with a scoop to give a unique dome top appearance, these cakes are sure to please. Old Bay spices are added with fresh onion, celery and premium mayonnaise One of our very best sellers! Individual size: 3.5oz Bagged and quick frozen. Frozen shelf life: 2-3 months Cooking Directions Place frozen cakes on a greased sheet pan and place in a pre-heated oven of 400° for 18 minutes, remove from oven and place thin tab of butter on each cake, broil for approximately 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
