Description Filet of Rib Eye, or sometimes referred to as the Eye of the Rib Eye or Rib Eye Heart, are quickly becoming a great alternative to the traditional tenderloin or Filet Mignon cut.  Very tender with tons of marbling. Hand cut and completely trimmed.  These steaks are relatively new to the meat scene, and we are proud to offer them to our customers. Individual size: 8oz Individually vacuum sealed and quick frozen Frozen shelf life: 6-9 months Cooking Instructions Thaw steak and bring to room temperature before cooking.  This can be achieved by setting out on the counter for 20-30 minutes.  This a great time to add your favorite seasoning, or Salt and Pepper always works.  Grill on high heat 550-600F, for approximately 4 minutes per side for medium rare.
