The second being the fastest and most efficient. First, by hand: -Add a large pinion to the shaft for easier turning of armature. -Twist rear of pen CW to bring the element out about 18MM. -Lay the motor on its side. One of the openings that is not impeded by a brush arm should be pointing straight up. Carefully insert the element and rest it on the comm surface. -Apply light pressure, turn the armature CCW while moving the element back and forth until the desired result is achieved.  -Spray out the comm and oil the bushings. -Ready to run.
