ELECTRONIC FLUORINATED FLUID PFE-50
Electronic Fluorinated Fluid PFE-50 is a direct replacement for 3M Novec 7500 offering the same chemistry and physical properties. PFE-50 is also offered under the trade names AD-7500 & TF-7500 in various parts of the world. PFE-50 possesses many of the inert and dielectric properties of perfluorocarbons (PFCs) and perfluoropolyethers (PFPEs), making them suitable for many single-phase heat transfer applications in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
