An ex-rum cask initially from one of the world’s most renowned rum distilleries, located in Nicaragua. It was then used to age Ecuadorian rum for eighteen years by our friends at Zhumir Bicentenario Rum. Last but not least, we filled it up with To’ak chocolate. All that history comes through in a complex flavor profile of creamy cranberry, tobacco, and molasses.
