Galápagos Orange & Salt - Alchemy Mini

With floral and fruity aromatics, our unconched chocolate is combined with "confit" orange peel and salt crystals from the most unique and biodiverse archipelago on Earth: the Galápagos Islands. Using the Italian confiserie technique known as frutta candita, we cook orange skins with sugar. The candied oranges are then cut into small cubes, individually covered in cacao butter, and integrated into the chocolate along with salt crystals from Ecuador’s storied Galápagos Islands.Our friends at Galapagos Safari Camp harvest the sea salt and oranges by hand on Santa Cruz Island. Like nature, our ingredients change flavor with the seasons.
