During the tasting, you’ll try six different types of To’ak chocolate: three from different harvest years and three aged in various casks. You’ll also learn more about the art and science of crafting and aging fine chocolate, the deep history behind Ecuadorian Nacional cacao, and how To’ak has helped bring this ancient variety back from the brink of extinction.
