We will powder coat a stem and clamps that we have here at the shop and send it with your handlebar order. Once received you have 7 days to return your old one as a core.    Failure to return the core will result in a $50.00 charge    Powder coating of a stem is done to order with a lead time of 14-16 BUSINESS DAYS depending on how backed up our powder shop is
