A rich blend with more strength than our English Breakfast Blend. Enjoy this tea in a cottage in Cork or Kerry with a little milk or sugar if you must. Blend of Assam, Ceylon, and Yunnan black teas. Ingredients: Assam, Ceylon, and Yunnan black teas Brewing Instructions Use 3/4 level teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water. Bring water to a boil. Pour over leaves; steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove leaves from tea. Enjoy!
