Our Beef Stick Seasoning has been satisfying hunters and hobbyists for as long as we can remember. Full of robust flavors and hints of tang, sure to meet all your snack cravings. Pairs well with domestic meats and wild game. We recommend beef or a blend of deer and pork. Directions: 1. Combine seasoning, quick cure, & 2.5 cups of water with 25lbs of meat mixture until tacky.2. Fill pre-soaked casings with meat mixture, twist to desired length, & refrigerate overnight to cure.3. Bake at 180°F in oven or smoker until internal temperature reaches 165°F.4. Cool & refrigerate or freeze. Kit Includes: 8.8oz seasoning, 0.4oz quick cure. Yields 10 lbs of meat.
