Converting outdated and inefficient 8 ft. fluorescent fixtures to Toggled direct-wire LED saves up to 70% in energy costs over standard fluorescent and improves overall quality of light. This item converts all T8 and T12 model 8 ft. fixtures from two (2) 8 ft. fluorescent tubes to four (4) 4 ft. Toggled direct-wire LED tubes. No more having to deal with the breakage of 8 ft. glass tubes. Toggled tubes are shatterproof, polycarbonate construction.  Converting to direct-wire technology eliminates the need for ballasts and their associated future replacement costs.
