Franz Richter worked with Gene in the studio in the early days of Tokheim Stoneware. He contributed the technique of rolling out a slab of clay and waiting for it to set up enough to keep a simple wrapped form. Gene did this vase shaped like a quiver, and added a decorative strip with a clay roller that Franz made for us. Oatmeal glaze with burnished clay. 6" height.
