TAKESHI SAJI SG2 Diamond Damascus Bunka 165mm (no handle)

The name Takeshi Saji is synonymous with Takefu Knife Village. He was one of the founding members of this kitchen knife creating focused village, along with other knife legends such as the now retired Katsushige Anryu and the late Masami Asai. Saji-san is known for his Damascus patterns, specifically his Rainbow Damascus. Yet here's a pattern that may be more to your taste if you prefer monochromatic tones.
