Once you get this miso muddler, you can never make miso soup without it because it allows you to measure miso and mix it into soup all in one. A friend of mine recommended it to me, and I recommended it to my mom! The bigger muddle measures 2 tbsp and the smaller one measures 1 tbsp of miso. For 3-4 servings, add the 2 tbsp of miso into 1.5 cups. For 1-2 servings, add 1 tbsp of miso into 3/4 cups. You can of course use this muddler for mixing eggs or dressing for salad.
