Fruit for this wine comes from a forty year-old parcel in Robinot's estate vineyard and is fermented on skins in whole bunches for two weeks, before being pressed off to barrel to rest for fifteen months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with no additives including sulfur. Light, bright, and mineral-driven, with cranberry, peppery, and savory notes. Serve lightly chilled.
