Hand-harvested, native yeast fermented in barrel, with natural malolactic fermentation. Unfined and unfiltered. Beautiful golden hue. Rich yet balanced by refreshing acidity, this wine is marked by flavors of fresh green apple, pear, ripe yellow peach, and an intense minerality.
