To start, we are using OFC Copper for both the signal and ground conductors to ensure better conductivity. The conductors are CNC-milled to guarantee high precision and durability. We even tested various tip curvatures to ensure the plug inserts and removes smoothly. The conductor core goes directly to the wire, providing a clean, low-loss signal path. The shell features 3u gold plating.
