Printed with high quality ink and Orafol vinyl You can cut and apply this vinyl the same way cut all other Oracle vinyl 651 vinyl.  You will need transfer paper to transfer this print to tumbler, sign, wall, etc. I do not provide transfer paper.   Features:  12x12 inch vinyl is printable with Eco solvent printer.  Permanent vinyl, outdoor durability No refunds on purchases.
