Please include your order number. You can cut and apply this vinyl the same way cut all other Oracal vinyl 651 vinyl.  You will need transfer paper to transfer this print to tumbler, sign, wall, etc. I do not provide transfer paper. It take at 3 to 5 days to process order. This time frame does not include shipping.
