CLICK HERE for our PSA Airline Recommendation Letter (v2)   The US laws for emotional support animals on airlines changed on January 11, 2021.  Airlines are no longer required to accept emotional support animals (ESA) into the main cabin unless they pay their fee (typically $125 each way) and if there’s space available. However, according to the new US Department of Transportation rules, all airlines MUST ACCEPT psychiatric service animals (PSA) in the main cabin even after Jan 11th.  The assessment for a PSA is the same as an ESA.  The only difference is the customer must certify in writing to the airline that their dog has been trained to assist them with their psychiatric disability.  Their dog can be trained by anyone including themselves.  Our licensed medical therapists will evaluate your condition and upon approval provide you with a psychiatric service animal (PSA) recommend
