The M249 Squad Automatic Weapon (SAW) has been in use since the 1970s and has seen action in every conflict from Somalia to Kosovo to Iraq and Afghanistan.  This icon machine gun has undergone many updates but the primary operating system has stayed the same.  Treat it well and it will run like a sewing machine.  Give your squad the belt-fed suppressive fire-power they need!
