Details Large 11" serrated bread knife in high carbon stainless steel, from our Professional Collection, has a comfortable and durable PP synthetic handle. This knife with a serrated edge makes an easy task of slicing soft or crusty bread. Specifications AISI 420 high carbon stainless steel (12% chromium) blade is 1/16" long and thick (2 mm). It has a 50 RC hardness which ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Item weighs 5.0 oz. Handle is made of Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320 °F. Made by Curel in Portugal. Limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty. SKU: CU-3728 Use & Care Knife is dishwasher safe, however, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended in order to maintain sharpness.
