Details This slicing knife from our Prochef Collection has an 11-3/4" straight serrated blade and a comfortable and durable PP handle. This large slicing knife is good for slicing turkey, whole chicken or any other meat. Good option for a home kitchen or a food processing facility.  Specifications Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Blade is 11-3/4" long and 1/8" thick. Hardness is 55-57 RC. Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F. Limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty. Made by Nicul in Portugal. SKU: NI-783.7650.30. Use & Care Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
