Details This peeling knife from our Spirit Collection has a 3-1/8" tanto style blade with a hard Titanium coating and a comfortable orange PP handle. This is a short knife, suited for preparing vegetables and fruit. Practical for daily use and will add a touch of color to your kitchen.  Specifications Blade is made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel with an Aluminum Titanium Nitride coating (PVD method) which improves hardness, gives a high temperature stability (1,600 °F) and has a beautiful gray-black color. Blade is 3-1/8" long and 3/32" thick; and hardness is 55-57 RC. Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F. Limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty.
